Zhang Minghe
Geological and Mineral Engineer
Zhang Minghe is a dedicated geological and mineral engineer with nearly 15 years of experience in the exploration of solid (non-coal) mineral resources. He has steadily advanced from technician to project leader through continuous learning and extensive fieldwork. His technical expertise spans both metallic minerals—such as gold, silver, copper, lead, and zinc—and non-metallic minerals, including fluorite, limestone, and kaolin.

Zhang has built a strong foundation in field geological surveying, data integration, and geological report preparation. He has led and participated in numerous national and provincial-level exploration projects, playing a key role in mineral resource evaluations and geochemical investigations.

He is known for his sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in demanding field environments. A disciplined and ethical professional, Zhang combines strong communication skills with a team-oriented mindset. His commitment to excellence has earned him the respect of peers and partners.

Outside of work, Zhang maintains physical fitness through basketball and badminton, which supports his stamina and focus during fieldwork. With a proactive approach, solid technical knowledge, and perseverance, he continues to contribute meaningfully to China’s mineral exploration efforts.
